BIRTH PREPARATION COURSE January 09

This special six week course is designed for mothers in their last trimester - ideally from 34 weeks onwards - and is focused on preparing you for your now immenint labour and birth. Click here to read more: birth preparation classes

Cost: £72 for six sessions or £12 per class if after 37 weeks

This popular weekly class provides a relaxing play session for the babies and a post-natal physical practice for the mothers.  Nadia is now offering two mornings

YOGA WITHOUT BABY?

WHY NOT TRY NADIA'S TUESDAY EVENING BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE  January 09

This 13 week beginner's level course starts with a relatively easy practice introducing the foundation poses, breathing techniques and relaxation - all set within the context of 'what is yoga?' The course quickly progresses enabling students to explore a little more deeply the essential yoga foundations.
