What are Nadia's classes like?

In these very special classes we combine baby yoga with a strong postnatal yoga work out for the mother.

Every class starts with fifteen minutes of baby yoga before we move on to the 40 minute postnatal practice . During this part of the class, if baby needs or wants to join in then we welcome them to and provide exercises for both. The end of the class is reserved just for the babes.

Because babies are welcome in this class – all their needs are welcomed too. If your baby needs changing, feeding, soothing – all is accommodated and welcomed as part of a typical post-natal class. Nadia is often to be seen with a babe in arms.

You are ready for post natal yoga as soon as you feel ready for an outing, or after six weeks if you have had a caesarean.

Yoga postures and exercises help you to:

Strengthen the lower back
Realign the spine
Tone the abdominal region
Stabilise the pelvis
Re-build core strength
Open the chest
Rebalance the emotions
Play and bond with your baby
